"Gilbert!!! Quick jump ship!!!  We'll throw our net to catch you!!!"  You yelled at your older brother, hoping he'd take your advice.
"No!!!  You'll have to lea- "  He was cut off by Toni knocking him out.  You watched in sadness as your brother got tied up and carried into the brig.
"It's okay, we'll go back for him later, okay love?"  Arthur had snuck up on you yet again.  You turned around and buried yourself in his chest and started to cry your heart out.  Your older brother was probably going to die for his actions now.
"Shhhhhh, It's okay love, he'll be okay, they're his best friends.  Antonio wouldn't go as far as to kill him, he's too nice."  Arthur started trying to calm you down.
"Arthur, I wanna go back to my cabin, I don't want to look like a fool in front of my crew."  You whispered.  So he carried you to your cabin and set you down on the bed.  He sat down on the bed and held you until you stopped crying.  You looked up at him and stared into his beautiful emerald eyes.  They were full of worry over you, but you saw another thing in his eyes, love.
"Arthur I admitted back there that I love you.  Do you love me back?"  You know he had he kissed you when Liz had first spotted the ship.  But you had guessed that was to bug you.
"___________ how could I not love you?  Since I found out you were a woman I have loved you.  That's why I worry for you ___________.  That's why I always came back no matter what, you thought it was because I was your rival but-"  You kissed him again, A) Because, you love him and, B) He was rambling.
"Eyebrows, all you had to say was 'I love you'" You said smiling at the fact that he loved you back.  You yawned, you were really tired from the day's events.  You found out you love your rival, almost lost your new found your new found love, almost died, lost your brother, and found out your crush loved you back.
"You want to go to sleep?  You must be tired from the day's events."  He practically read your mind like a book.
"Yeah, I'm really tired."  You got up and took off your boots, coat, hat, and your corset.  Then you went behind your changing screen and put on your night clothes, you walked over to the bed in your usual loose white short sleeved shirt, and brown shorts (More like pants you cut off part of the legs to be shorts.) You climbed into bed and pulled the covers over you.  Arthur turned to leave you in peace but you grabbed the edge of his pants (Because his shirt was still in the crow's nest where he left it), not wanting him to leave.
"You okay?"  He asked, thinking you might cry again.
"Yes, just don't leave.  I don't want you to go....."  You told him hiding your face.
"Okay love, what do you want me to do?"
"Stay here with me at least until I fall asleep."
"Okay."  He crawls into the bed and wraps his arms around you.  That was one of the first nights you fell asleep in his arms.
You woke up the next morning with Arthur gone,  you sat up and saw him come in with this morning's breakfast.
"You okay love?"  He asked, the sadness gone from his eyes.
"Yeah I am.  I just had to get it out."  You told him, when you looked up at him, his eyes had lost every bit of worry.  This was good.  Now, you just need to go rescue your brother while protecting Arthur at the same time.
